Grand 2BR between ANU and City

Great place. Will stay again if I'm in town. Positive: Very clean apartment. Lots of room. Great view. Will come back if the price stays roughly the same. Negative: Couldn't find parking to get to the location for the key. Also due to tram construction the main road leading in to the apartment was shut and had to drive around a few times before I figured out how to get in to the carpark. This is obviously not the host fault however updated instructions would have been ideal. Also the carpark itself is a nightmare to navigate. I would recommend putting a sign on the column by the parking spot indicating this is the spot rather then just having it on the floor. Hard to read when you are in a large ute/4wd sitting on the right side and the writing is on the floor on the left side.

Fantastic apartment with great space and layout. Unfortunately lift was being replaces right beside room which was quite loud. Pool was out of service which we were unaware of and large building works beside building for light rail installations so loud on the balcony
