Positive: Spacious and location.
The host gave very detailed instructions.
Negative: As a professional cleaner The property wasn’t cleaned properly all the tables dining room coffee had glass ring marks there was a sticky like patch on the carpet near the sofa. The bathtub had hair in it.
The property ran out of hot water when more than two people showered. The host changed the check in time from 3 to 4 despite advertising it on booking.com for 3 pm check in and was told to leave before 10 despite checkout being at 10.

Frustrating
Negative: Very dirty carpets,TV,walls,cupboards and bathrooms. Broken equipment dishwasher, facets toilet. Requires deep clean and repairs
