Furnished Nishi Stay with Scenic Mountain Views

Home away from home Positive: Very responsive to questions, clean, stocked with toiletries, laundry and cleaning materials. Negative: Not the fault of the unit owner but rather the building admin whose garbage chute was clogged on our floor. Needed to bring down garbage to basements.

Unhygienic, unresponsive, inconvenient Positive: The view on the Black mountain was gorgeous! The apartment had all necessary kitchen utensils, a washing machine and a dryer. It is close to the lake which is very nice. They have parking. Negative: - When we arrived in the apartment, I went to the bathroom and the toilet was not flushed. The smell was as expected in the situation. I told the staff on this platform, and they apologized and offered 50AUD refund. I have never received it. - The chair was broken, one could not lean on it, and I told the staff and they sent me to e-mail some other company, I booked everything here, why should go and chase people somewhere else? Nobody came to check on it, and the chair just stood there for the whole week. - It is very far away from all the grocery stores and bus stops. - The bed was too soft.

Uncomfortable Positive: Location Negative: Too small, too hot, loud humming noise, rubbish disposal out of action.

Perfect self-contained apartment walking distance to Museum and ANU Positive: Contemporary apartment, close to Museum. Didn't meet hosts but key collection was no problem with good directions. Comfortable bed and full kitchen, nicely decorated with all accessories to make for a quality self-contained stay. Narrow apartment within a hotel complex, many rooms, but well insulated, nice and quiet. Negative: Nothing negative really, except it was very hot during my stay and there is no air-con or fan in the bedroom area. It is set-up very well for a cold climate which is usually what most visitors will be experiencing in Canberra. Would have been great if the water jug in the fridge had water in it, was very hot on my arrival, and I this was an oversight. Also, for info of owners, the fridge door seal is failing and you have to physically make certain the fridge is closed. Not a lot of eating options in the area though.

Best hotel I ever stayed at and location was superb!! :) :) Positive: The whole key collection was a new process for me, but it was made very easy. There was always who replied to my message on the booking app very quickly to assist me with any questions I had as they came up. Negative: Nothing, everything was above my expectations!!
