Quiet Retreat Close to City Centre and Lake - by Canstay

Was given the wrong keys with no prior warning. I tried to let myself in and ran late for an appointment. I called them and they knew of the key issue, but didn’t contact me first and let me know. Poor form.

Great location and good sized accommodation - great for a quick stay or work purposes! Positive: Great location with easy key access. A parking space that is relatively easy to get to. Spacious living room and kitchen with a desk/wfh hub. Great accommodation if staying for a conference Negative: Bathroom was really small. Shower was cramped (6ft2 male).

Excellent location and great value. The video explaining the check in and access process was extremely useful. Positive: A roomy apartment in an Eexcellent location, in a quiet area but still very close to the city centre.

Negative: Carpark in basement

Quiet retreat needs a tweak Positive: The location & cleanliness. The availability of a/c & ceiling fans. The kitchen was excellent & had good amenities. Negative: The steps as I have knee problems. The tv was difficult to use, not connected to a standard aerial, but to the internet, good when internet is working. But difficult to connect to major tv channels. Bed was probably too soft for our needs, but that's a personal preference
