Luxury 1BR Apt with Lake Views in Belconnen

great room with view Positive: great small apartment for short stay. beautiful view and comfy seating area. close to everything and food right outside the building including Woolworths and bws. Negative: had the worst check in experience. all codes and everything sent on the day no issues including great video to help with keys and parking. Couldn't get lock box code to work. phone calls and an eventual different code which finally worked. followed video instructions for car park only to find ramp in video closed off. very confusing carpark and after searching and some blind luck found the spot. Finally after one hour we were able to be in room. These things happen and people were helpful but after long drive stress was not fun

Once in it was great Positive: Facility and views amazing. Unit was exceptionally well equipped Negative: Car parking. Instructions irrelevant as the roller door entry was chained off. You need to say your car park is on level B1 so u need to drive to the basement. Even supply a map on the layout of B1. We needed the building manager to advise how to get to it. No towels left by cleaners. Waited 2 hrs for them to arrive after 3 phone calls on same. Missed our 6pm special event after arriving at 4pm.

Positive: A big thank you to the owner, the can stay team and the cleaners . We had an enjoyable stay.

Nice partment, clean, comfortable staff very helpful, well situated with good restaurants nearby. Positive: Very convenient for my conference, nice restaurants nearby. Negative: The car park can be confusing as there are no exit signs to follow. The fire alarm went off while in the car park and this posed a danger when not being able to find a way out. Signage needs to be installed urgently.

Enjoyable brief stay in Belconnen Positive: Spotlessly clean, good facilities / kitchen all utensils and cooking/eating. Negative: Hallways were super warm - no fan running in them and apartment was very hot when we arrived and took a while to cool down after turning on air-con, but was pleasant temp the following morning. Shower head / pressure was low and up one-end of shower cube. No bath.
