Luxury 1BR Apt with Lake Views in Belconnen

Nice partment, clean, comfortable staff very helpful, well situated with good restaurants nearby. Positive: Very convenient for my conference, nice restaurants nearby. Negative: The car park can be confusing as there are no exit signs to follow. The fire alarm went off while in the car park and this posed a danger when not being able to find a way out. Signage needs to be installed urgently.

Enjoyable brief stay in Belconnen Positive: Spotlessly clean, good facilities / kitchen all utensils and cooking/eating. Negative: Hallways were super warm - no fan running in them and apartment was very hot when we arrived and took a while to cool down after turning on air-con, but was pleasant temp the following morning. Shower head / pressure was low and up one-end of shower cube. No bath.

Positive: Just a nice place Negative: A coffee machine would be awesome

Beautiful Lake views, everything you need in walking distance. Positive: View was lovely, quiet location, very close to restaurants, a great cafe & Woolworths Metro - right at base of the apartment building. Also lovely restaurants along the Lake front. Nearby large shopping centre & close to the Uni - where we had sporting commitments. Great onsite included parking. Clean well appointed apartment , well stocked kitchen. Negative: All was amazing - can't think of anything to improve!

Much better than staying in a hotel. Positive: Very convinent with parking, public transport and 24 hours self check in. Negative: The garbage smell in the lobby can get quite strong.
