Positive: It was close to the hospital.
Negative: That there were no staff to help.
That it was very difficult to find out how to get into the hotel.

We had a late booking due to surgery at ACT. The booking went through in minutes and we were on our way. Instructions easy to follow. The unit was clean and in a great spot.
