The TV was broken upon arrival and it took 7 days of constant phone calls with promises. Canstay has been very poor in communication. Promised an extra night as compensation but then said it was not possible due to the sale of the property during our stay. We were told to accommodate for a deep clean and a weekend of realtors and owners to prepare for the new owners. Hardly any communication. We will not book with Canstay as a host again.

Location, location. Great views and very convenient spot for restaurants. Have stayed in Kingston before and will definitely stay again. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Excellent location. First class apartment, spacious and well-equipped. Only minor quibble was the somewhat fiddly process of accessing and returning keys on arrival and departure.
