Excellent property in a great location to visit Canberra's many Institutions. Shopping/dining in Manuka is across the road and easily accessible.The property is new and part of a large group of apartments.The apartment was well fitted-out and decorated for long or short stays.

Comfy and cosy didn't want to leave
Negative: Had an issue as it was late and cold and didn't know to go up to Renaissance 5 Building..

Self checkin with video explaination. The video was a little quick for me and I had to play a number of times to get all the details. Once understood the process was simlpe.
The unit was immaculate. The property had good parking which was roomy enough to accommodate a ute which is unusual in Canberra car parks.
Located within easy walking distance of Manuka restaurant and boutique shopping areas . 15 minutes including parking to Canberra Hospitals and 10 minutes to Civic .Quiet a d private. Excellent position. Recommended.
