Once we got in and could relax from the total confusion of entry the stay was good. Negative: We were sent an incorrect location to collect the keys. finally got to the right location to collect the keys. Had to find the car park first and then find the apartment. What a nightmare!

Close to Floriade and great to have a spacious apartment. Once we sorted the key issue, it was a brilliant stay. Positive: The location was close to everything and it was sparkling clean. Loved that a car park was included even though it was tricky to find. Negative: It would be helpful to label the swipes on the keys. The picture inside the loft can’t be seen when you are in the lined loft.

Positive: Excellent location. Very clean and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Negative: Complicated access instructions. Also forgot access to parking instructions which are not obvious.

Unbeatable location, high on comfort. Positive: Situated across from Canberra Centre, this unit's location is nonpareil. Access to restaurants and supermarkets is convenient even for those without cars. The 2-room apartment is perfect for 3-4 guests. Mode and instructions for key collection is clear and timely. Response from hosts on the messaging platform is quick. Negative: NA
