Inviting Stay in Rockingham City Centre

Negative: Disappointing check-in experience While the property itself was as expected, the check-in process was extremely frustrating. We were provided with the code to access the keys but not the code to the main gate, which was required to reach them. As our flight arrived late, we were checking in around 1am with no way to enter the property. In the end, I had to climb a 7-foot fence just to gain access — a stressful and frankly unacceptable situation. I’m grateful no one mistook me for a trespasser. This could have easily been avoided with clearer instructions and better communication from the host.
