Beachy Apartment Near Penguin Island & Safety Bay

Very comfortable Positive: Cleanliness Negative: Young male neighbours didn’t clear out their laundry- maybe a sign saying to collect on finishing ! We waited two days for a window to wash in - maybe another machine or two ?

Quiet and well located. Positive: Location was in walking distance of anything needed. Negative: Shared washing machine is not working correctly not filling for rinsing and needs power off to reset. Have to wash twice, second time to rinse. Invoicing: did not meet expectations, still outstanding, waiting on compliant tax invoice. Invoices supplied to not comply with Australian laws on GST.

Positive: Perfect location would happily stay here again. Clean and well presented

Would NOT recommend this accommodation for anyone. It is advertised as a lovely highly sought after holiday location, an Positive: Nothing except the appearance of the inside of unit. That doesn’t include the security which was poor. Negative: Inadequate security on windows, for such a low socio-economic area (like Redfern Sydney).
