Floor in kitchen breaks off and hurts your feet
No table to eat a meal- just wobbly chairs at breakfast bar

Negative: Young male neighbours didn’t clear out their laundry- maybe a sign saying to collect on finishing ! We waited two days for a window to wash in - maybe another machine or two ?

Quiet and well located.
Positive: Location was in walking distance of anything needed.
Negative: Shared washing machine is not working correctly not filling for rinsing and needs power off to reset. Have to wash twice, second time to rinse. Invoicing: did not meet expectations, still outstanding, waiting on compliant tax invoice. Invoices supplied to not comply with Australian laws on GST.
