A WELL MAINTAINED ROCKINGHAM GEM Positive: The units are clean, spacious & very well equipped. The management team are very quick to respond to communication & are very friendly & professional. Totally recommended 😊 Negative: The pillows are not very supportive or comfortable.

PENGUIN ISLAND RETREAT HAVE EXCEEDED OUR Expectations! 💜 Positive: Staff very efficient & only too willing to help when needed. Respond rate excellent. Our unit was extremely spacious, clean, modern & comfortable in all ways. They've thought of everything here, we were so pleasantly surprised. Negative: Loved staying here, but it's a huge disappointment that if a couple staying both have cars, one has to park out of the locked gate area, which puts it at risk of being stolen or broken in to. Not much management can really do about it though, because there simply isn't any room for more parks.

Comfortable stay Positive: It was clean and conveinient Negative: Used towel and rubbish in kitchen bin no room number in email I finally located it in the WiFi password with help from Neighbour.i would expect the unit number to be priority then all the codes for access this would illiminate any confusion in the future.

Spacious and comfortable with good facilities. Positive: The apartment was spacious with great facilities (large tv, kitchen, laundry, iron). Very comfortable room and aircon. Lots of cleaning supplies, shampoo etc. Very good location with an IGA across the road and close to the sea front. Parking is available too. Very clean with a lovely shower. The property management were very responsive when another resident was making noise. Negative: As the property is very central there is a little bit of noise, which is not anyone’s fault. I’d recommend bringing earplugs just in case. We noted to the management that there is a security light outside the bedroom that goes off a lot.

Great location, easy to access the site and property, and close to good eating venues Positive: We liked the apartment, very comfortable and perfect for what we needed. We sold our house and needed a place to stay until we left Australia to return to Europe. This was exactly what we needed Negative: A dedicated washing machine would have been great but the laundry room was a good substitute
