Comfortable units. Good location. Positive: Very clean, spacious unit with everything you need in it for a comfortable stay. Would recommend to family and friends. Negative: No complaints.

I loved my stay and will certainly be booking this unit again on my next stay in Perth. Positive: Loved the location- very close to the beach and local shops. The property was very clean and tidy and very spacious for a one bedroom unit. Wanted for nothing. The place was for 2 guests but there were plates and cutlery for approx 6 which was fantastic. The extras in the unit was terrific - tea bags, sugar, glad wrap, foil, oil etc Super easer to collect the keys. Private parking off the street was terrific. Negative: There was one bedroom window lock that was completly broken off, so the unit was unsecured. The kitchen flooring was like an unfinished surface and I scrapped my foot across it and had to pick out little rocks from my foot, it was hard to clean up the blood from this floor surface.

Positive: Clean and modern with good facilities. Close to cafes and restaurants. Negative: On a noisy road.
