Luxurious 2BR Escape with Exceptional Amenities

Great unit, known issues with the emergency evacuation system not mentioned in the original listing. Positive: The property was clean, well set out and had everything we needed for our family trip. It is located close to Woden Westfield and a couple of restaurants. The facilities (pool, gym etc) are located in a second building within the complex. Negative: We experienced two emergency evacuations during our one week stay. One at 1140pm on Tuesday night and another on Saturday morning at 8:30am. We left a day early as this scared our children, they no longer felt safe and refused to go back to the apartment - the host refused to entertain a refund request. The residents of the building said this was a common occurrence and happened at least twice a week every week. Keep your warm clothes handy for evacuations in the cold wet Canberra winter!
