Urban Apt in Phillip | 9mins to Canberra Hospital

It was a nice weekend away, but certainly check-in process etc., needs improvement! Positive: Pool looked lovely although didn't get a chance to use it! Bathrooms were clean and good water pressure. View was lovely from balcony and main bedroom. Negative: Check-in was really difficult. We got a number of messages via different sources, (email and phone messages), with various parts of the check-in process, ie. where lock-box was, code for lock-box, entry to building, entry to carpark, how to find car spot. It was all very difficult. Then once, we finally got in to the unit, there was no power to the kitchen, fridge etc. After half an hour of trying to resolve, we found the meter-box in one of the bedroom's wardrobe, with the kitchen switch turned off. Television had not been programmed so we were unable to use this at all - (both my friend and I are tech savvy and we couldn't get it to work).
