Stylish 2BR Sanctuary in the Heart of Braddon

I wouldn't stay at a Canstay apartment again. This apartment needs to add some extras for the $ Positive: Nice apartment well located but overpriced for what it provides Negative: Using the lockbox was a nightmare. Canstay changed the code on the day of arrival and I didn't see the email until half hour trying the lockbox. I also tried calling Canstay but no one answered. Very disappointed they charge even an hour earlier than check in, which is very late, 3pm. Beds weren't comfortable, too hard. No microwave nor a coffee machine. Exhaust fan in the main bathroom not working. For the price of the apartment not worth it.

Nice and lovely stay Positive: Very nice property and great location

Comfortable stay in an excellent location. But improvements needed in cleanliness Positive: The location is unbeatable and apartment is fully equipped esp for the kitchen, which made cooking dinners pleasant and easy. Car parking was excellent and easy. A comfortable apartment. Negative: Second time staying here. First was in March 2026. Loved it that time. Gave a 10 rating. This time around, despite paying more for the apartment, was a little disappointed at the cleanliness and prepared state of the apartment. Toilets were not as clean and the sofa needs deep cleaning. The taps in the shower and toilet are also difficult to adjust for the right temperature. There are also odd stains around. The runner that was placed along the walk way was kept in the cupboard this trip and I had to lay it out myself, which was odd, given that the apartment was fully set up the last time. Would be good to update the amenities.

Fabulous apartment missing some essentials. Positive: Brilliant location, clean, spacious and comfortable - a lovely light-filled apartment with large outdoor patio and convenient parking. Negative: There were no dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid or dish brushes, nor any wipes to clean surfaces, which made it impossible to clean up after meals. Nor were there any spare garbage bags. I imagine this must have been an oversight by the cleaners as I have never experienced an absence of these items at a homestay before. Coffee making facilities - at the very minimum a French press - would also be welcome.

Large apartment, great location Positive: Excellent location, quiet, heaps of room, comfortable beds, hot showers, all the equipment you need for a self contained apartment. Key pick-up and drop off is super easy and very close to the apartment. Owner very responsive to messages if you need them. Negative: Could have been a bit cleaner - some mould in shower tiles and extractor fan in ensuite, but otherwise no issues
