Canberra first time visitor Positive: Apartment was very clean and had all amenities you need. Location amazing close to cafes, restaurants, public transport etc

Excellent apartment in a great location Positive: The location was amazing and getting the keys was an easy process. The apartment was very nice and there was plenty of room with a large balcony. Negative: There was only 1 key and key fob to get into the garage, elevator and room which was difficult to manage given that it is a two bedroom apartment. We were required to leave and return with each other and this would be difficult to manage with two separate vehicles. We also asked if we could check in at 1500 vice 1600 when booking and never heard back. So we asked again around midday on the day of arrival and were told that they were still cleaning and would inform us when it was complete. However, we were never contacted again.

Positive: Location was great Negative: It was a cold day/ night( unseasonal ) and there was only one extra blanket. No tissue box was a bit mean. Nothing really in the pantry to support a light meal ie when your travelling and have to buy a tub of butter that you then leave behind. Only one towel for 2 days is again a bit mean. To be frank the taps were difficult to manage and get the temp right - look great but gee they are hard to manage.

Great location, spacious apartment! Positive: Right in the centre of everything! Great location. Roomy apartment, comfy beds. Everything you need!
