Contemporary 2BR Retreat in the Heart of Civic

Positive: I highly recommend staying in this apartment. The ease of collecting the keys 50 meters from the Apartment. Overall instructions on key collection, dedicated parking space & how to get in & out of the apartment was excellent. Super comfy beds & pillows. Surprisingly quiet considering only a few steps from the city Centre. Will definitely stay here again

It's a great place to stay. Although some items shows used signs, everything is very well maintained. I'd defini Positive: Unit is Clean. Have all tools and amenities in kitchen. Washing machine and dryer are totally helpful (supply laundry powder) while travelling around. Location is Convenient which can easily take bus to explore Canberra and also have a car park spot available. Have lots of shops and restaurants around. Negative: The bottom of kettle is burnt/blackened, and you have to manually turn it off for it to stop. Remember to drive car out the apartment before Check out and then return the key to EZ shop. Otherwise, you'll be locked inside the parking lot. We stayed for four nights, but providing only one box of facial tissue and five rolls of toilet paper wasn't enough for our stay.

Positive: Great location, comfortable stay. Negative: Issues with check in, keys weren’t available. Recent water leak, contractors asking to assess water damage in apartment.

Clean, modern, comfortable. Positive: Beds and pillow options are very comfortable. Have stayed here over summer and now over winter and the apartment was very comfortable both seasons. Loved the extra blankets for the couch. Love having secure parking in the city. The building itself is very quiet. Excellent restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. Negative: Bit hard to find parking when picking up the keys. A light was flashing and waking us up at night but this was communicated to them to have it fixed, and we didn't have this problem when we stayed there last time. Location is quiet for the city (but still expect the odd siren and a building alarm saying 'This is a restricted area. Please move away from the area' in the middle of the night- both nights! Wonder which building that was? And who was setting it off?).
