Garden Precinct 3BR, Walking distance to Airport

Positive: Lovely grounds to look around and the peacocks visiting was a highlight. The outside bathroom would have been more accessible with stairs straight from the back door especially at night The lounge suit was difficult to sit on so needed lots of cushions. Airplanes could be heard till 10 ish but didn't bother us Bit out of town but a close drive to some shops Suited us as a group of 5 with one wheelchair member and 3 over 80s Negative: 2nd bathroom bring outside

Very comfortable large home Positive: Location perfect for visit to Canberra. Very close to the airport and shopping areas. Very comfortable home with everything you need. Good for large groups as there is an additional bathroom in the laundry. Good for children as there is a very large yard with a sand pit. Negative: Nothing

Amazing House in great location Positive: The size of the house was amazing. So much space for our family. It had all the facilities we needed and so close to the center of Canberra. Would definitely stay here again Negative: Only negative is the gate 😄 you have to see it to believe it

The house and property were absolutely beautiful—very clean and perfect for a family stay. The only minor feedback would be that the kitchen could use a few more oven trays and dishes. We were also woken at 7am by the gardener who turned on the sprinklers and then began mowing the lawn. While we completely understand the need for property maintenance, it would have been appreciated if we had been notified in advance.
