Spacious and Cosy Apt with Great Views in Braddon

Our second stay in this apartment condiments why we enjoyed it so much the first time. So much space to spread out, for Positive: Great location, superb apartment - spacious, quiet and spotlessly clean. Negative: Impossible to get a checkin before 1pm (and even that costs an extra $50, otherwise it’s 3pm). Close to police and fire stations so the 4am sirens can be a little annoying. But it’s very safe!

Good location and well appointed Positive: The room was well set up and having Netflix available was also good. Negative: No instructions on cooking appliances and they were difficult to operate.Could have used a microwave instead of the facilities available. Also we were unable to activate the ice maker on the fridge.

Spacious, comfortable and clean. Positive: Unit was spacious, comfortable and clean, security and parking were good. Light rail is only about 200m away. Instructions prior to arrival were clear and keys were picked up from lock box. Gym available. Negative: Construction of new building next door is noisy during the day. All day sun required the A/C on and sometimes the blind closed, fan in main bedroom didn't work. Paid Parking and limited space at drop box location required a long walk dropping key off.

Extremely comfortable well thought out appartment. Secure underground parking.

Just a wonderful apartment where the owners obviously care very much about their tenants. Positive: Huge and comfortable rooms throughout. The best provisioned apartment I’ve ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. Clean as a whistle. Every kitchen utensil, saucepan, tray, dish etc you could ever need. Dishwasher, washing machine, vacuum etc all excellent. Quick lifts (elevators). A very well maintained building. Brilliant location. Lovely views. Very safe and secure. Quiet neighbours, many of whom are permanent residents. Have breakfast on the balcony in the sunshine and watch the local wildlife! Negative: Maybe needs a couple extra dessert bowls - that’s all! Otherwise it’s absolutely perfect.
