Clean property, quiet and good value for the price. Good sized kitchen with a nice view.

This was my second stay at the same property. While we enjoyed the stay overall, there were a couple of things that detracted. I had to cancel one of the four days of the booking. While the cancellation was done within the time required for a full refund, it took a lot of correspondence before, initially, a partial refund was offered, and then a full refund. Also, we almost got locked out of the property due to a malfunctioning flyscreen door. While the complaint was immediately acknowledged, no further action was taken during our stay. Overall, it would have been a 5-star rating for the stay, except for above two incidents. I would still recommend the property overall.
