Positive: Very clean and comfortable.
Negative: The small reverse cycle unit struggled a little to keep the unit at a comfortable temperature during the very cold winter mornings.

Positive: Location, excellent bed.
Negative: Noise from the gym weights next door bring dropped etc in late evening and early morning.
24 hour gym. Appears to be no sound proofing.

Positive: Location, secure parking.
Negative: Bedroom wall shared with 24hr gym! Got woken up at 4am and kept awake by the knock, bang n clank of people's early workout! Not ideal.
