Good venue, comfortable furnishings, great host communications.
Positive: The location and room furnishings were excellent. Easy to follow access instructions and great communication from the host.
Negative: The noise from the gym below was a little load at times.

Positive: Good sized apartment in a good area.
Negative: The noise from the gym through the wall can be annoying, particularly when people are working out in the middle of the night because it's a 24 hour gym. There were also beer cans left on the balcony when I arrived.

Positive: Very clean and comfortable.
Negative: The small reverse cycle unit struggled a little to keep the unit at a comfortable temperature during the very cold winter mornings.
