Spacious APT in Convenient Kingston Location!

Nice unit in a great location

Positive: Very clean and comfortable. Negative: The small reverse cycle unit struggled a little to keep the unit at a comfortable temperature during the very cold winter mornings.

Positive: Location, excellent bed. Negative: Noise from the gym weights next door bring dropped etc in late evening and early morning. 24 hour gym. Appears to be no sound proofing.

Positive: Location, secure parking. Negative: Bedroom wall shared with 24hr gym! Got woken up at 4am and kept awake by the knock, bang n clank of people's early workout! Not ideal.

Do Not book this Apartment. Mis-advertised. Truly awful noise from the 24/7 gym that is adjacent to the bedroom. No mention of the gym in the booking! I was woken up at 0345 on several occasions and the noise goes into the night. From 0600 onwards it is almost constant bangs and vibration throught the flat. I moved out after 3 nights. The property agent had zero interest, stating there had never been any complaints before, which is irrelvant and frankly must be a lie. I was passed between Vrbo and Expedia and the local agent , all showed no interest. Eventually I received a refund but days after I raised the complaint. SERIOUSLY DONT BOTHER WITH THIS APARTMENT
