North-Facing APT 3 min to Canberra Times Fountain

Really enjoyed our stay. Positive: The apartment was very clean and cozy at great location, less 5 min walk to the shopping center. Negative: The instruction of using the fob and house appliances can be more clearer for someone who never been to the apartment.

Very enjoyable. Had a bit of an old codger issue with the AC and staff very patiently helped work it out Positive: Great location. Well maintained. Negative: No complaints.

Positive: Good location, comfortable beds, easy parking instructions. The apartment was well appointed with a pleasing art deco appearance. Well supplied crockery cutlery and toiletries. Negative: The check in / check out procedures were onerous and time consuming. You pick up only one key from a convenience store around the corner and have to unlock a code to receive it. As you only have one key, you have to be careful not to lock yourself of the apartment. They could supply instruction manuals to use the oven instead of relying on scanned QR codes. Also, the street noise on the weekend is loud due to local hoons revving their cars.

Great apartment -dropping keys off was a nuisance Positive: The apartment itself was great- clean well equipped and very comfortable Negative: Picking and dropping off the keys at the nearby Ezymart. The timing is. It flexible- I needed to leave at 6am and the exymart didn’t open until 710. A lockbox would be better.
