North-Facing APT 3 min to Canberra Times Fountain

Overall the place was comfortable and clean which was really important for me and my family. Positive: The room was clean and modern. Negative: A car park was supposed to be designated to us but when it was time to park, it was taken. I raised this issue to the host and they got back to me right away but nothing was ever done. For the whole 4 nights that we stayed at the property, we never got to park in the carpark space. This was really frustrating!!! The host didn’t really do anything about it as the car that was parked there wasn’t ever moved! On the last day we were there, the elevator wasn’t working but it was okay for us as we didn’t mind going up the stairs. Lucky that it started to work when we had to bring our luggages down!

Great apartment -dropping keys off was a nuisance Positive: The apartment itself was great- clean well equipped and very comfortable Negative: Picking and dropping off the keys at the nearby Ezymart. The timing is. It flexible- I needed to leave at 6am and the exymart didn’t open until 710. A lockbox would be better.

Positive: Excellent position. Close to shops and restaurants. Lovely winter sun on the balcony all day. Very warm and quiet apartment.. Negative: Nothing to dislike.

Lovely interior , very clean , great size and good location. Positive: Lovely interior , very clean , great size and good location. The communication was excellent and instructions to pick the key up and entry to the car park were great . Would stay here again 🙂

Positive: Everything except the wifi connection. Totally, worth the money! Negative: Please just work on the wifi connection. It was terrible when we were there, we can't even connected.
