Retro Apt meters from Bathers Beach

All in all, good, wonderful location . Positive: Location was wonderful Negative: Cleanliness, thick dust on skirting and light fittings, no proper exhaust fan, a hole in the ceiling results in benches which are tiled feeling greasy & sticky, jar of cooking implements sitting on bench were sticky & grimy. Bathroom certainly is retro! No exhaust fan, windows don't open. Toilet sitting position cramped by bath, would be nearly impossible for people with limited mobility.

Great value for money, despite the sound proof disturbance, I would go there again. Positive: Certainly spacious for one person, the location, fully equipped kitchen. Negative: One thing that was too annoying is the sound proofing, walls are too thin, (it is an old building) I could hear the neighbours discussion, chop fruits, stir the tea, high heels, doors open/close, etc.. That made the night sleep challenging.. Not to mention the late night loud singing from drunk people around..
