Modern Apt | 2 mins to Kingston Foreshore!

Has the potential to be a good apartment but some aspects need addressing, the lounge, bed and bright lights. Positive: The location was great, a compact apartment. Negative: The late 4pm check in was very inconvenient and poor form, people who travel a long distance do not want to check in at 4pm, i would not choose a property knowingly based on this. Extra charges apply for early and late check in which is just a money making venture, at the expense of the customer. The bed was hard for me and there was a bright light right outside my room. The lounge was not comfortable to sit on. Good location.

Great Apartment in great inner South location. Positive: Great apartment in a great location next to Kingston shops and inner South Canberra. Apartment was nicely furnished, clean and with good facilities, e.g. fridge freezer, washer and dryer. Negative: Next door shower is very loud.
