Kingston Foreshore Apt with Water Views

A lovely place to stay, super quiet, very relaxing. Loved the view, kids loved the pool, will look to stay again on our Positive: Beautiful, quiet location with lovely views. Very clean, great space and well appointed. Enjoyed the pool and rooftop gardens. Easy walk to cafes. Easy car parking. Negative: A second set of keys/fob would be great for families.

Convenient location for our needs but could have done better with resolving our parking problem. Positive: It was great to have salt and pepper in the pantry cupboard. Negative: Unfortunately the remote key battery was flat and we could not access the undercover secure car parking. The shower was over the bath and could have benefitted from a safety rail. There was no towel ring for the hand towel and the basin space was too small to accommodate bathroom stuff. We couldn't find instructions for how to make the TV work

A great location and lovely unit which was spoiled by an overly authoritarian approach. Positive: The location at Kingston Foreshore Apartments was fantastic. The view across the lake was peaceful and on the whole, we had a comfortable and quiet stay. Negative: The check-in times were confusing, as booking.com stated 3:30 pm, but Canstay required us not to enter the property until 4:00 pm without paying an extra fee. As we had an event to attend, this was both inconvenient and unreasonable, given that most places are flexible with entry and exit times. The comms around late checkout, demanding huge fees after the 10.00 am time (once again without paying an extra substantial fee) and the requirement for a photo of the keys returned to the lockbox seemed unnecessary. Also, no tea or coffee was provided for our stay. Extras all round were minimal. The electric blinds in the main bedroom were showing signs of wear and tear and were not working properly. There was evidence of some hasty cleaning in some areas. We would reconsider before staying in a Canstay apartment in the future.

Apartment in great location. It was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Would definitely return.
