Howitt Place Apt minutes to Parliamentary Triangle

Positive: The apartment is clean, tidy and in a great location in Kingston. Negative: Nothing not to like.

Homely central unit. Positive: Location is great, easy access to Kingston, walk to manuka, the foreshore and into tourist sites if keen but also quick drive out to other regions. Quiet and peaceful, no noise which I've never experienced in my Canberra stays before! Very spacious and comfortable living areas and beds were very comfortable. Quick easy key access and return process with clear instructions. Negative: It is dated and not well furnished. Limited kitchen supplies, no bathroom or room heating which in middle of winter was cold. Carpet needs updating or a good clean, for the price I did expect more especiaally kitchen supplies and room heating.

Great location, but needs a refurb. Positive: Location was brilliant. The apartment was big and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Negative: The apartment it very dated. There needs to be a heating system in the bedrooms which got cold very quickly. A coffee plunger, or other coffee making device would have been good.

Pleasant unit; fine location Positive: N/A; location fine Negative: Fly screens on windows in poor shape. Returning key to lock box is a rigmarole because it need to be used to exit parking first then have to return; could be a better system Bathroom cold water tap needs new washer
