Howitt Place Apt minutes to Parliamentary Triangle

Positive: Location was fantastic. Close to the lake, transport, restaurants and shops Negative: Nothing major but cushions were a bit tired and lighting not all that practical in some areas.

Top floor Kingston appartment great location. Positive: Location, 1 min walk to local bars & restaurants . 5min walk to the lake esplanade for more cafes, restaurants and activities. Top floor spacious appartment good for two couples with nice kitchen and aircon. Secure parking. Negative: Second bedroom is tight around the window side of the bed.

Positive: We loved the location, the spacious apartment and the facilities provided in the apartment. Negative: I would have liked a pillow that was better - slightly bigger with more support.

Enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be coming back and staying here again Positive: Location was fabulous. Close to everything. Cleanliness was the best I’ve seen in an air b n b. Negative: Having to leave to go to next accommodation as had to extend our stay in Canberra but had to find something a little cheaper. Would have much preferred to stay here.

Very good once in but the late check in left us with a bad taste. Positive: Large comfortable unit in great location. Well equipped. Negative: Normally we book a property not knowing when we'll arrive but confident we'll get in by 2PM. Here we're not allowed in till 4pm unless we pay an extra charge! This is outrageous. We saw the cleaners leave the unit about 2PM but were warned not to go in until 4PM.
