Renovated Townhouse Close to the CBD and Schools

Very comfortable and convenient. Positive: Great location for our purposes.

We stayed for 10 days as a family of four, and were disappointed by the lack of care and follow-through. Only four towels were provided for the entire stay — no spares, no mid-stay replacement, not even basic instructions for requesting more. For a 10-day booking, that’s simply not acceptable.The listing advertised a high chair, which was one of the reasons we chose this property. However, the policies contradicted that and no child amenities were actually provided. If you’re travelling with children, be aware that there is no family support here despite the misleading description.The dishwasher was another issue — it was switched off when we arrived, then leaked all over the floor when we used it. We cleaned up the mess ourselves and reported it immediately. The host acknowledged the problem and said it would be fixed, but nothing happened. There’s visible damage to the floor near the unit, suggesting this wasn’t a new issue, just one they hoped to avoid dealing with.A final detail worth knowing: the yard is not private. This is a shared property, with a family living upstairs who have open access to the garden area including behind the rear-facing bedroom windows. This was not clearly disclosed in the main description and should be flagged more prominently.Overall, this stay felt like a case of style over substance. The essentials weren’t met, guest comfort was an afterthought, and communication lacked follow-through. We left feeling let down and would not stay again

Spotless, well priced, easy to find & access. Would book again! Positive: Perfect position, easy to locate Negative: Being winter, & tiled floors, perhaps a rug on floor. Extra blanket in bedroom ?electric blanket Otherwise perfect in every way!

We had a lovely stay and it was in a fabulous location. A few adjustments would make it feel like a warmer, more homely Positive: Plenty of space, areas were separated well so you didn’t disturb others. Parking available. Negative: We were there during winter and it was cold. With everything a hard surface, it didn’t stay super warm into the bedrooms. Some portable heaters or rugs on the floors would make it a lot more comfortable and warm/inviting.

Great value and very clean and tidy will stay again Positive: Very spacious and well set out with modern decor. It suited our needs very well central to to cbd and local clubs. We arrived at our arranged time walked in and our heater was on fantastic. Negative: Parking a little tight but we have a 4x4 not really an issue.
