2BR Apt in the heart of the Gungahlin Town Centre!

Would never recommend this unit Positive: Location was good Negative: Beds were too soft and sank in the middle. Air conditioning external unit for living area was very noisy. So was the unit next door, and both units made the walls vibrate. This made the stay very uncomfortable. The internal unit in the living area was also defective and closed loudly between cycles. It also had to be run on 30 degrees in order to get any heating from it. Unit was for 4 people but only had a 2 seat couch, and only 2 dining chairs were provided for a tiny table. Similarly, there were insufficient drinking glasses (4) no wine glasses but 6 flutes, and insufficient cutlery to allow a full cycle of daily meals before running the dishwasher. Finally, the washing machine left grease marks on clothing. The instructions provided about accessing the unit and car park were poorly thought through. We were alerted via text where to access the key but all other information about car park location and location of unit were sent via email and the app an hour before we arrived but which we were not alerted to. Consequently we wasted a lot of time after 2 days in the car trying to locate the car park and then wasted even more time trying to find unit 37 which was not on the 3rd floor as you would expect, but on the 1st floor.

Positive: Location and parking Negative: Food thrown from upper units every day landing on balcony mainly eggs and bread

Was better than i expected and i really enjoyed my stay Positive: how easy everything was and the rooms exceeded my expectations

Apartment was good but the unavailability of internet was not good. Positive: Close walk to shops Negative: Could not access Wifi after many attempts. Contacted the chat they tried to assist but still didn’t work. We could only use free to air in main living area. The free to air & Wifi not available in the bedrooms.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay. Great quiet location. Clean apartment with good amenities. We will definitely stay again in the future. Great spacious and secure parking for our large vehicle. Negative: The beds we're a little soft for our liking but everything else was superb.
