Great location but no mobile reception.
Positive: The property was in excellent location.
Negative: There weren’t mobile reception, my provider was Optus and couldn’t get a single bar in the propert. I had to walk several meters away from building to have reception. The balcony door doesn’t have lock and entrance door doesn’t have lock latch to secure it from inside.

Loved Kingston Canberra.
Positive: Position was exceptional. Easy parking. Spacious apartment.
Negative: Gas stove needs attention - felt unsafe to use. No hot water pressure.
