The waste room was not sign posted and I didn’t seem to have a no for the lock box. Only The code seemed to be on my information.Check out was simple once you know how. We found baby toys under the beds. The cleaners are not brilliant. There was a dirty water bottle in the fridge. No extra blanket in the main bedroom.otherwise very comfortable and well located

Very comfortable Positive: The closeness to dining options and tourist attractions. The view across the water to the hills was beautiful The unit was well equipped. Communication was clear & easily followed

Positive: Good location, and nice views. Clean and has good facilities. Negative: Beds were the most uncomfortable I have slept on in a long time. The road outside could not have been worse. Get some better mattresses.

Positive: great location on the foreshore and close to restaurants and can walk to Superbarn as well. Accommodation was clean and bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Great location and comfortable stay Positive: Location is perfect on the foreshore for views, early morning walks, restaraunts near Manuka too. Negative: Often these new build apartments have very thin walls between rooms (not neighbours though) so not very sound proof
