Great location and comfortable stay Positive: Location is perfect on the foreshore for views, early morning walks, restaraunts near Manuka too. Negative: Often these new build apartments have very thin walls between rooms (not neighbours though) so not very sound proof

Evcellent Positive: The apartment was big clean & had beautiful water views. Only a 3 minute walk to restaurants & pubs. Negative: Bed was a bit hard for me, but that's nit picking. Over all agreat stay & am apartment worth looking at. Would stay again

The outdoor space and furniture could do with a clean. Also could do with better instructions for the dish washer. Positive: The location Negative: There was only one key. Small beds. The master could have a king size.

A fantastic property. The bathrooms however are in need of minor repairs. Towel rails broken/ missing, shower head leaking and shower could use a regrout to eliminate mould in grout and larger shelf. The bathroom does not reflect a five star property. A great shortage of power points causes a need for a lot of extension cords that are not adequate, messy and need to be hooked up for at least one bedside table…potentially dangerous with lots of power boards and extension cords and a trip hazard. Unfortunately a 5 star property is let down by these points
