We had such a good time and enjoyable. Positive: Close to our Scrabble venue at the Eastlake Football Club. A 5 minute wakk from accommodation. Negative: The middle hand rail is about to fall off. Please repair immediately. Also we couldn't get the can opener to work. Please replace.

It was reasonable- we only need a need to sleep in as we were at work all day. Positive: Clean and accessible Negative: Lights too dark, one bathroom only

Although our stay was comfortable and good value, the accommodation did not match the description given on the booking.c Positive: We found the location convenient, quiet and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Driving to any points of interest was easy. Kitchen facilities were excellent as were the control of cooling throughout. The bedrooms were spacious. The TV was excellent. Negative: The property was promoted and booked on the description as being a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment/house, suitable for disabled guests. When we arrived we found the 2 bedrooms were upstairs and not suitable for elderly or guests with disabilities. So we both struggled with the stairs. The shower water fluctuated between hot and cold, so control of water temperature was impossible. The upstairs bathroom had a broken light switch and the toilet lid was detached. The lounge seating was worn out and uncomfortable.

Positive: Was great to have a home away from home while working in Canberra for a couple of weeks

Positive: Good location + amenities. Very clean. Negative: Upstairs rooms get hot - insulation? Unfortunate glitch with credit card payment.
