Charming two-story 2BR townhouse in Braddon

The disappointing negatives had an impact on our opinion of the owners, but ok otherwise. Positive: Good size. Comfortable. Reasonable location. Given the short notice we had to book, pretty good. If they sort out the things below, even better. Negative: Having paid and being too late to cancel we discovered additional personal information was required to confirm the booking, which frankly I would have preferred not to reveal. This really should have been stated prior to taking our money. We paid for early check-in. We failed to get confirmation that it was possible. Had to request the lockbox details 2 hours before check-in. Received them later. The cleaner had not been informed and was still working on the property. An absolutely dreadful first impression. The bins had not been collected for weeks. The toilet brush in the downstairs toilet was disgusting. Both of these items were reported to the host company who said they'd deal with them.
