highly recommend the venue, quiet and accessible location were spot on for us
Positive: responsive in answering the call for the key access as I didn't have email access on the day of the arrival but I had the number saved, so great service for taking the phone call so promptly. Impressed with the thoughtfulness of supplying sponges & dishwashing liquid and a three toilet rolls per toilet. Most other places only supply 1 days' worth of dishwash liquid & 1 roll of TP. Venue is fantastic. Loved the courtyard, the layout, very comfortable. Easy to live in and keep tidy.
Negative: more of a suggestion that a criticism. I still like paper, so a display book of instructions would have been helpful, eg the heaters were more complicated to work out,
