2BR Apt Near Parliament House

Canberra apartment. Positive: Location is great. Great size apartment, 2 good bedrooms one with ensuite. 2 bathrooms. Well stocked with cutlery, etc. Washer and dryer with washing powder. Check in instructions good. Parking good. Negative: The rug was very very grubby, has to be taken out and cleaned professionally. Clearly not cleaned in a long while. A shame, it's a nice piece and the rest of the apartment very clean except for the.. Couch was grubby, needed spot cleaning at least. Check in was 4 pm...very late, never come across this time before. And earlier check in cost extra $.... Wanted $110/ hr if you checked out late .ie after 10 am. Sheesh. First time I've come across these fees.
