2BR Apt Near Parliament House

Really enjoyed the stay at this apartment and was perfect location for a visit to Canberra Positive: Great location near Parliamanet House and South Canberra. Good layout in the apartment for 2 friends with bedrooms at each end of the apartment and the living area in the middle section. Modern interiors and kitchens facilities. Negative: Would have like a bit more linen,e.g. handtowels and face clothes in both bathrooms. Would also have liked a few more kitchen supplies e.g. olive oil.

Nice & Clean but Old Positive: I like the size, high ceiling and location. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. The apartment is equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Negative: * The floor was a little sticky. * The 3-seater couch is old, badly stained and sunken. It should be replaced. * The rug in the living room is old, badly stained and dirty. It should also be replaced.

The apartment needs a deep clean (esp the bathrooms and floors) and some furniture etc needs replacing. (light damage and the couch is kind of gross) The internet is slow and TV was damaged.

Good location for the event I attended. Apartment is nicely presented but has some issues ie. poor water pressure in showers, blinds on windows allow too much light in (not good for sleeping in), bedroom door won’t shut. Apart from that it was a comfortable stay.
