Clean room, good host, shops nearby, family-friendly.

Excellent, would stay there again. Positive: Very easy and convenient. Good instructions and had everything we needed. Negative: Carpet damage in walk through wardrobe prevented ensuite door from closing.

Spacious, well equipped, centrally located apartment. Positive: Spaciousness; quiet; well equipped kitchen; well stocked pantry; good laundry setup; one tram stop from Civic; leafy area. Negative: Some minor maintenance issues: also; the awkward need to email pictures of the keys to check out.

A clean spacious apartment conveniently located to city centre. Positive: Very handy location Negative: We were advised that the lift was not working. We had to drag all our cases from the underground car park up 3 flights of stairs to access our apartment. We were later told by guests occupying another apartment that the lift was working. If we had been advised prior to entering, it would have saved us a lot of inconvenience, especially because we had a disabled person with us. Also the unit is furnished with very cheap low quality lounge and dining room suites. If they were upgraded, it would have made a huge difference to the comfort of our stay.
