Parliamentary Triangle Apartment

Positive: Location, kitchen facilities, laundry Negative: WiFi was very inconsistent. User manuals for the oven and dishwasher would also have been useful.

Good location but small double bed and wifi not reliable. Property Manager responsive. Positive: Quiet and secure and a 5 minute drive to Manuka shops and about 8 minutes to Kingston village and a short drive to the National Gallery . Negative: The bed was a sofa bed and only a double size. The bedroom door could not shut because the bed protruded into the living area. The WIFI was very weak so we couldnt get the QR codes to open which included the instruction manuals for the heating ,oven etc. We had to message the property managers to ask how to turn on the reverse cycle air conditioner as it was cold in the evening.

The apartment was beautiful , nice and clean . Negative: Issues before checking in, requested to check in early and wasnt answered until the normal check in time "4pm" . Then being told that the property wasnt ready for check in . Given the run around before checking in.

It was OK but we wouldn’t book again Positive: Good location for our purposes Negative: Had to chase up codes for entry. Not sent as supposed to, took multiple phone attempts to get the info. Very worried we would not be able to access the apartment and would need to book elsewhere. Codes then arrived by email at 1.58 am the following morning

Difficult check in, otherwise awesome 👌 Positive: It was clean and secure. For me, it was a really central location. Negative: I didn't receive the codes to access the lock box and keys 2 hours before my check-in time as advised on my check-in instructions. I did end up needling to call booking.com to access this information.
