Roomy 2BR/2BA City-Centre Apt

Monaco style penthouse in Canberra Positive: Location is perfect for exploring Canberra. Negative: Quite possibly the best accomodation we've booked on Booking.com to date. The appartment has great views and wouldn't look out of place in Monaco!!! We tried to add a third night's stay it was that good, but sadly it wasn't available.

Apart from entry debacle ,we had a most enjoyable stay Positive: Car parking Negative: I asked phone all requests were ignored several times for entry details to be forwarded to my friends phone, all requests were agreed to and then ignored. The use of AI does not sit well with me, pick up your game or I will book elsewhere in future

Excellent in all area except for number of keys provided. Positive: Location, size and cleanliness. Negative: There was only 1 keys for a 2 bedroom apartment. The key was needed for the lift, door and parking. We think you need to provide an extra key.. it was very difficult especially at night if one party came home early and wanted to go to bed before the others came back. Would have been impossible for any on shift work.

A great central location with restaurants within walking distance, great view, and secure parking. Positive: The video to walk us through how to get the keys, find the car park (underground) etc were excellent. The view from our room was great. Negative: Bed cushions were a bit flat. There was only one tea towel (we needed to use blue disposable towelling). Building site noise opposite (digging out a basement for next apartment block) started early.

Positive: Great location , close to city , shops and attractions . Well equipped apartment with everything you need Negative: Tissues would be great
