From NZ for Ballon Spectacular. 2026
Positive: Great location for the balloon spectacular. Bonus was the fireworks Saturday night. Having a car park was also great. Two bathrooms also was good. Nice balcony for hot nights. Large living space. Wifi was also great. Had everything you need for 6 nights. bed was comfortable. Clean & tidy.
Negative: Needs a wee bit of maintenance. Eg, Pull cord for blinds broken the insect screen need repaired. A lower shower rack for soaps would be good. Uneven temperature in the showers.

Ideal location
Positive: This apartment is in a great location, a 15 minute stroll to Civic. There's plenty of space and the beds are comfortable. I would certainly stay here again.

The apartment was amazing! Position perfect however our only problem was understanding Stayz and the checkin plan. We didn’t realise the issue of keys etc and we kept logging into the site many times. Perhaps next time will be easier. We loved the apartment and have recommended it to our friends & family. Fran
