Stylish Studio Apt near AIS and GIO Stadium

Positive: The space was clean and comfortable. Location was super convenient for who I was visiting. Negative: There was work happening that was a bit of a surprise on arrival but didn't have an impact on my stay. Bed was a bit soft for my preferences but others may enjoy.

Best location for the footy, will definitely consider again Positive: Location was perfect! Primarily went to Canberra to watch my footy team, Raiders & it was very close to the stadium. Nearby cafe Momo was awesome for breakfast. It was close & easy to bus transport back to the airport. Although small, the appartment was clean, tidy & comfortable. Negative: When I arrived on Saturday at approx 5.30pm, there was construction / demolition happening around the complex. A neighbour said it's been going on for 3-4 wks now but they should finish up at 7pm. After 7pm I approached one of the workers & he said they would continue to 8pm & it was their last day. It was very noisy & not a welcoming situation, however the rest of my stay was peaceful & quiet - thank you :-)

Positive: Very sour taste after the way Ive been treated by the hosts. Negative: They did not send the code and I was unable to contact or enter, forcing me to find alternative accommodation until the next morning. When I asked for a refund I was initially refused however granted but have never received the 1 nights refund. Horrible hosts to deal with.

Positive: Great little apartment right next to the AIS stadium. Was well stocked and very comfortable. Has underground secure parking.
