Adorable studio nestled in the heart of Flynn

I really enjoyed staying here. The apartment is cosy and warm, very well designed and logical in layout with a great use of the available space, providing not only a more than adequate kitchen but also a space to work from home. The features and furnishings bring it all together as a very well presented and most liveable studio.

Normal Positive: Clean Negative: The door structure is completely different with intro video. The key cannot open the door. Given 1 degree in Canberra have to wait half hour for someone come resolve. When someone come also comment not working properly and staff reject to provide any compensation. Also no light in front of door apart from garage one which not sensitive and evening dark in Canberra cannot use key properly

The flat has everything one would need for an extended stay – I stayed a month – and when something did go wrong (a leaking tap) it was fixed promptly. Yes, there's family noises above, but I have no problem with that, and it's nice to feel there's people around when you're away from home. The bed is very comfortable, and the computer desk is a plus. If I could suggest improvements, I'd add access to a green bin for compost scraps and maybe a 50 IKEA induction hob for quick cooking, as the electric cooktop is pretty slow to heat up. I'd definitely stay there again if it's free next time I'm in town for work.
