3BR Braddon Flat, 8 mins walk to CBD

Very conforatbale Positive: Easy check-in/out, free parking, great location, very nice apartment, comfortable firm beds, good hot shower, good instructions and lots of self space and storage in the bedrooms. Walking distance to lots of cafes, bars, restaurants. Negative: Plastic flower decorations

Good location and spacious unit but short of bascis amenities such as toilet roll and face tissues. Positive: Good location. Spacious units. Negative: Minimal toilet rolls -only one per bathroom. There is no face tissue box at all. There was power loss at the property on the day of departure. Therefore need for carrying all luggages from 4th floor. Luckily, the garage gate was changed to manual and opened.

We had a pleasant stay with family in a central location. Positive: Location was excellent, very near to restaurants and shopping. Very central location and easy to walk to amenities. Negative: Furnishings were quite simple. Aircon didn't reach the 2 out of 3 bedrooms. Balcony was large but a little neglected. Check in time was quite late, quoted at 4pm with check out at 10am. The allocated car park space was very tight.

The venue was clean and spacious. Its rare to find 3 bedroom apartments!
