Perfectly Located Apartment near Canberra Centre

Can’t ask for a better location

Pleasant and centrally located. Positive: Comfort and convenience. Pleasant, quiet and well equipped. I would happily stay again.

very handy location Positive: no breakfast was provided Negative: the apartment was super hot due to sun in the morning. Blanket too heavy as apartment was warm. otherwise good

Positive: The apartment itself was large modern and comfortable Negative: Once again, I find it extremely annoying that Booking.com does not clearly signal when a property is an airbnb with all the limitations that entails - complex access rituals which are sent very late in the booking process and only after client has made irreversible payment and gone down the airbnb rabbit hole, no on site host, very late check in and early checkout (how can it possibly take 6 hours to clean a single bedroom apartment? $90 cleaning fee is charged yet guests are required to wash their own dishes and dispose of their own garbage. For these reasons I try to avoid Airbnbs which have become as expensive as hotels, but Booking.com needs to be much more transparent when it puts these properties on their books

A superbly located and very comfortable apartment for a couple. Positive: So well located in Canberra city, parking was provided which is a major plus when city holidaying. Easy walk to restaurants and major shopping centre. The apartment was very well equipped and extremely comfortable and we literally wanted for nothing during our stay. Short drive, or catch public transport virtually at the door, to most major city venues & attractions. Negative: There was nothing to not like.
