Perfectly Located Apartment near Canberra Centre

Good location Positive: Secure parking great location Negative: Getting into apartment wrong mailbox number given in msg . Difficult to get keys .

location - good. service - horrid. place - okay. Positive: The unit was very central and easy to get around from. The unit had a washer and dryer which was handy. Negative: Unfortunately the property was incorrectly advertised by saying it included a highchair. As i am a single mother travelling from interstate this was a necessity for me with a young child. I was already bringing my own portacot and baby bath so knowing there was a highchair ready for me was great! not the case. when i got there i couldn’t find it and politely messaged the property asking where id find it. to which i got a robotic sounding message that they are contacting the cleaning team to find its location. this back and forth continued for my entire 4 day stay with the same message coming through. no offer to drop one off or to reimburse me to get one for the place. instead i was offered an extra 2hrs to check out… this just isn’t good enough in my opinion as i particularly picked this place for the feature of a high chair and was greatly disappointed. also only having enough washing powder for 2 loads of washing and a coffee machine but no coffee pods seems pointless.

Can’t ask for a better location

Pleasant and centrally located. Positive: Comfort and convenience. Pleasant, quiet and well equipped. I would happily stay again.
