Great location and the price was okay. Good for a short stay.
Positive: Location is good and the unit is spacious. Under cover parking was a bonus.
Negative: Wasn’t really clean and the bed was too small. The public area on the unit level smelt bad. Not enough cups. Only 2 cups in the unit.

Comfortable, spacious apartment in Canberra
Positive: A comfortable spacious and well appointed apartment in a good location which was quiet at night. Had everything you would need for a short or longer stay.
Good thermal and noise insulation, can use just one radiator in the middle of Winter. Well lit.
Easy check-in and checkout.
Good sized refrigerator and Wifi.
Negative: Not that much within an easy walking distance.
I would have liked to figure out the heating situation before I got cold.
Would have liked a non-broken basket waste in the main sink.
