Positive: Facility very clean and comfortable. Easy keys pickup and drop off. Quick responses.

Communication through email and SMS made it tricky to keep up.
The black colour made the space seem small
Curtains need to be double in width to keep the light out.
The unit was clean but wipe marks were present on mirror, cupboards and benches.
Not keen on the key system.

The property had a lovely outlook with easy access to shops and local walks.
It was clean but tidy. Our one concern was the limited cooking appliances for the cook top which limited what we could prepare.

Positive: Great location for me to stay close to family. Loved the view each morning and the amazing warmth in the apartment even in mid winter. Right on the bus stop which is a plus. Very liveable apartment. Lots of food facilities around.
Negative: I had a bit of trouble finding the location of the keys and the driveway up into the garage takes some getting used to.
