Positive: Excellent apartment and great heated pool. Spacious and comfortable. Had outside patio searting. Close to light rail and bus for easy access to the city. We will be back!

Great location and excellent facilities.
Positive: Fantastic layout, great location, the pool was a really nice touch but it's not heated as it states in the listing.
Negative: The kitchen was great but it was very light on for glassware and crockery.

Terrible stay, unsecure residence, no parking, no refund
Positive: Terrible running water pressure.
Windows did not lock in numerous rooms , terrible security.
Poorly cleaned, see photo of bag of cigarette butts left out.
Terrible service no attempt made to resilve complaints.
Noisy neighbours.
Someone occupied car park during nearly entire stay. No attempt to remove them.
Over priced.
Negative: Not much.

Very spacious apartment in great location.
Positive: Very spacious and appointed with all your needs for a 5 night stay
Negative: Instructions on washing machine and dishwasher would have been helpful, YouTube videos did not cover these specific products.
