Modern Apartment - Prime Location with Heated Pool

Comfortable Positive: Nice living space, comfortable couch and essential equipment for kitchen. Bed was comfortable and main aircon in living room worked quite well. Just outside of the city but a short walk to the light rail which is only a 15 minute wait at max. Negative: The tv in bedroom was almost off the wall and in desperate need of attention and probably just an upgrade too. The split system in the bedroom doesn’t turn on, luckily the main aircon was enough to be comfortable. Pool was not heated so we did not use it due to this.

Amazing apartment, beautiful, big and comfortable. Positive: The apartment is beautiful, big and very comfortable and bright. It has an amazing balcony, very comfy lounge, and a fantastic bedroom. The communication with the admin team was very good, clear and fast. It is located in a main street so, if one doe not have a car, the tram is very close. Negative: The kitchen is very well provided however, we could appreciate having a chopping board available in the kitchen.

Positive: Excellent accommodation! Very clean, well equipped, and fantastic location. Good to have a bit more space than a motel room. Will be great to return in Summer so we can use the pool. Thanks for the stay. ⁷ Negative: Nothing!

Nice unit, short drive to cafes and sites. Positive: Spacious unit. Unit has ducted heating + separate reverse cycle air con in bedroom. Location is just a small drive from Lonsdale Street Unit is situated on main road, but is at back of complex and very quiet. Unit feels really secure with good parking beneath. Inner city location so short drive to all of Canberra sites and cbd. Negative: Check-in is not until 4. They want you to pay extra for an earlier check in. All the communications re take rubbish out, wash dishes, show a picture of taking key back etc is understandable but a bit much tbh. The bed is very hard. King size bed, so not enough space to place luggage in room. Coffee situation is quite dire. The drip pot in cupboard was broken. Italian percolator did not work so had to settle for instant (all cafes are driving distance away) Suggest a pod machine. Says heated pool, so I took swimmers but our visit was in winter and pool was like an iceberg.

A great quiet and convenient place for a well earned rest. Positive: I liked the bed, the cleanliness, the decor and being close to the tram and being able to feel comfortable in my environment. Would happily stay again. Negative: I have nothing to criticise, it was perfect for my needs.
