Modern Apt w/Pool|Gym|BBQ Access

Great location, clean, quiet, comfortable & look forward to returning! Positive: Location, walking distance to restaurants, shops & trams. Clean, nice & modern. Heated pool Comfortable & quiet Easy pick up of keys Negative: No extra towels to use for the pool

I was unnecessarily left totally uncomfortable and anxious with my stay as a result of conditions Positive: Location is the only thing that is positive about my stay,; this was due to my personal preference and not the unit itself. Negative: I was sceptical at first when I opted to select this property because of the no refund policy that appeared. This should have been a clear red flag. The other is the title "Modern Apt with Pool, Gym and BBQ Access," who seriously uses these facilities for a short stay, and clearly is a ploy to over price the stay. If it wasn't for the lack of availability at the location I wanted to stay at, i would've not overlooked these and def won't in future. Be warned you are forced to Check in late, even though the time specified when booking is earlier, and you are forced to Check out even earlier after the fact and on the night before via email from the hosts. The unit itself is not 100% clean , and again you are forced to leave the unit in a better condition that it was found. When it comes to items for tea, coffee, sugar etc, it is simply terrible and unhygienic, this includes any staple that should be available - lucky i had brought my own and there are supermarkets across the road. Directions provided to the property are over complicated for no reason and inaccurate. Internet is also terrible . The collection point for the keys to the property is ten minutes away by vehicle or a fourty five minute walk away, basically the other side of town. This is the most stupid and dumbest thing ever encountered. There is no reson for this, and what ever the excuse, there is always better and this is not good enough; nor is it acceptable that you are forced to again Check out early because you "must" return the keys to the collection point before Check out. The inconvenience this causes to your stay, itinerary not to mention the money you've spent to stay from a time to a time and the hosts deliberately force you not to utilise the time and your stay. In addition the difficulties it imposes on you, especially if you have no vehicle and have to rely on public transport or other means to and from the collection point; even if you have a vehicle.

Great location! Fantastic apartment! The admin let it down. Positive: The property was great. I had no issues at all Negative: I didn’t like the key collection process. Thankfully I had my own vehicle to pick up the keys from the other location. Which is not walking distance, it’s at least 10-15mins in the car to get from Dickson to Braddon. This would be challenging for traveller without a car. 2 I asked to reduce my dates and even though I’m aware it none refundable no one contacted me back to decline my request. I forfeited the night because I had to be back home early to take my husband to an appointment. Having no response is just rude.
