The apartment was very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and in great location near to cafes, restaurants shops Positive: It was in a great location and had all the facilities we needed. Negative: As we are of a generation which is not so tech savvy we would have appreciated some instructions for the oven, the dishwasher and the TV. But this is a minor quibble.

I will not recommend this property as acceptable due to its very poor treatment of its guests. Negative: We booked for a double and twin beds. It was a primary reason this property was chosen. After booking and arrival this configuration was not available and amounted to false advertising of the property. This caused great inconvenience. In line with accommodation standards two keys must be available. That it wasn't, despite asking the accommodation, was very inconvenient. An explanation as to how the lift buttons to the G and B are operated with the fob should have been in place. It is not an intuitive or regular functioning. By not providing this simple explanation to a simple solution a stressful and unecessarily time wasting circumstance was created. Not appreciated nor acceptable treatment of guests. When a phone call was made the accommodation was very unhelpful and simply served to create a greater time wasting situation. The air freshener used prior to our arrival was overwhelming and created a reaction with one of the party who is asthmatic. One of the spare blankets which was required to be used was filthy.

The entry instructions were very lengthy, but easy to follow.The unit is in a great spot, easy walk to all the lakeside cafes and restaurants. Sadly no view. The unit was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable.We had a small issue with the bathroom basin plugs being stuck down.The host was very quick in trying to resolve this issue.Overall, I would recommend this unit. finding the key was hard work for us! Positive: great location! Negative: The room was very warm, no heating or air con was on, needed to open doors for fresh air! Finding the right keypad to open a very dirty smelly rubbish shed to find another the right key lock (so many of them!) was off putting!! Didn't bother to take a 'photo' for proof... exhausting!
