Love staying here Positive: Clean and comfortable

It’s my second stay and will stay again! Only advice is to shorten and simplify the emails sent. Positive: It's a quite location, well-kept and close to Kingston Foreshores. As it's a work stay, we didn't have the time to experience the surrounds but waking up in the morning to see the views outside the windows was calming and relaxing. Negative: The checking in instructions, while appreciate the details, there was so much to the point of confusion. Probably one email to welcome and provide the instruction to go to letterbox with 8 and enter passcode should be sent once. Perhaps give the emails headings so when we open to check-in we know where to find the info?

Amazing 🤩 Positive: It was such a comfortable, beautiful, clean apartment. It’s one of the best apartments I have stayed through Air B and B. Loved everything about the apartment. I will definitely book again! Negative: Nothing 😃
