Positive: The instructions for accessing were very clear and the communication with staff was excellent. The beds and lounges were comfy.
Negative: The ensuite bathroom had a smell like a cat had been living in there, the exhaust vent could use a clean above the shower head and there was some signs of mould in the grout.
