Easy, painless and suitable for our time in Canberra. Ainsle shops are just nearby and the bakery is excellent.

wifi limits really put a downer on a nice place.
Positive: New kitchen. Keyless entry.
Negative: Wifi didn't reach the front half of the house- dining room, living room, kitchen, study room. Very inconvenient and annoying.
