This stay was lovely. The location is fantastic, and the host and check in process is seamless and easy. I especially appreciated the video that accompanies the check in process - it made locating the car park very easy! The air conditioning vent next to the main bedroom is loud, and ear plugs were a must for my partner. I know that it's addressed in the description, but perhaps stronger language around the sound level is recommended. I was able to sleep without ear plugs, so it really is down to personal preferance. There was only one roll of toilet paper provided with no spares in the apartment, but again this is a very minor note to what was a truly exceptional and easy stay.

The space was immaculate, convenient, modern, and well located. The communication was excellent, with timely responses (seems to be 8-5 pm only but that could just be me). We had a bit of an issue with the construction noise below my unit but they completely resolved it to my satisfaction. Excellent spaces, good hosts.

Great location, Lonsdale street has many eating places, and interesting shops, close to light rail and a 10 min walk to Positive: Excellent location, obliging and helpful staff, equipped with everything we needed Negative: Instructions via QR code, or video, found thIS difficult regarding operation of stove, which in fact defeated us completely Despite numerous efforts, and help from the management team, we were not able to access free to air TV, as in Ch2 or SBS

Good but room for improvements Positive: It was very nice and comfortable. Negative: The noice on Friday and Saturday nights was off the decibel chart. Cars and motorcycles with engines roaring like thunder screaming down the street for a few hours was unbelievably. We even called the police and they said it was normal to the area and even advised next time we visit Canberra not to stay in Lonsdale Street. Also no hairdryer I have never stayed anywhere that didn’t have a hairdryer it’s as basic as a kettle.
