Fabulous 2BR/2BA Apartment in the Central District

Well used but perfectly positioned apartment for Canberra getaway. Positive: The position of the unit was great as were the views and provision of a carpark. Close to shops, attractions and eateries. Negative: The apartment was very ‘tired’ and needs a thorough clean. Carpets were stained and dirty.

Perfect cbd location with secure parking guaranteed Positive: This property was perfectly located alongside Canberra Centre and 6 minute walk to Floriade. Guaranteed undercover secure car space x2 made it ideal to come and go for day drives without losing our park which is the case with nearby chain motels. Self contained meant we saved a lot by preparing our own breakfast and meals making it more affordable as a family. The size of apartment was spacious enough to ensure we werent on top of eachother. Will definately stay again with family group. Pool, spa and gym also a great breakout area when not sightseeing. Very quick response/good communication with host as needed during stay. Negative: An extra key fob per room would be more useful as teens/ parents had to meet up everytime someone needed to return to room as no reception desk onsite.

We had a great stay! The place was very comfortable, the gym was excellent, and the washer/dryer worked perfectly. The kitchen was well-equipped overall, though it could use a couple of potholders for taking things out of the oven. Would definitely stay again!
