Exquisite Apartment at City's Doorstep

Great stay for rnr and close to everything Positive: Peaceful and comfy place to relax Negative: N/a

Positive: Location, close to Canberra Centre, good selection of restaurants and public transport. Negative: The smell in the apartment was really bad, which was caused by the kitchen drain. I contacted the property manager and explained the issue: I couldn't use the kitchen tap because a horrendous smell was coming from the drain. For the next 3 hours after arrival, I spent my time communicating with Canstay. The other thing that couldn't be used was the safe. I checked it, and even when I pressed the buttons, there was no sound. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the kitchen. Customer Service was helpful; however, they could only do so much. During my 3-night stay, the issue wasn't resolved; I couldn't use the kitchen sink or the safe. I was advised that I would receive a 15% refund, so I'm waiting on that now. Would I recommend apartment 221? Not until the issues have been fixed.

Positive: Central to everything. Great size apartment. Close to good restaurants. Walk everywhere. Safe carpark onsite!!! Negative: 2 in 1 washer/dryer.

Positive: Everything. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with every amenity a person needs. The location is perfect, close to the bus platforms and city centre. Negative: Nothing negative to say.
